A unique leadership structure.

The leadership of International Association of Jewish Students is segmented into geographical regions each ran by regional presidents.

Regional presidents are elected and overseen by an international executive board of directors who create, shape and oversee the operations of the entire organization.

The executive board of directors receives front-facing policy guidance from the appointed international "Academic Advisory Board (AAB)".

Our Academic Advisory Board compromises of industry leading researchers, professors and leaders across academia. The AAB's goal is to tailor AJS initiatives and partnerships to ensure initiatives reach students from all disciplines.

BACKGROUND

In 2021, Aden launched the AJS with a vision to create an organization that represents the academic and professional interests of
Jewish-identifying students across the world.

As the chairman of the board of directors, Aden executes International Association of Jewish Students initiative, doctrine, and policy, effective in all chapters across the world.
